Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email with the UPS tracking #.
ONLINE RETURNS
You have 7 days for a refund to your original payment method. After that, you can return the item for store credit within 14 days. A store credit does not expire.
Reach out to us at contact@ohsomolly.com prior to shipping your item. We will need to gather some information in order to issue your store credit.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. Trackable shipping is suggested.
Items shipped for return must be unworn with the tags attached.
Sale items, swimwear, sunglasses and jewelry are NOT returnable.
