RETURN POLICY
Effective February 1, 2025
As a small business, we especially thank you for shopping at OH SO MOLLY. We hope you are thrilled with your purchase, but in the event that you need to make a return, below is our policy.
IN-STORE RETURNS
You have 7 days for a refund to your original payment method. After that, you can return the item for store credit within 14 days. A store credit does not expire.
Items presented for return must be unworn with the tags attached.
Sale items, Sunglasses and Jewelry are NOT returnable.
Gift Cards are not returnable. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
ONLINE RETURNS
You have 14 days to return an item for a store credit only. A store credit does not expire.
Reach out to us at contact@ohsomolly.com prior to shipping your item. We will need to gather some information in order to issue your store credit.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. Trackable shipping is suggested.
Items shipped for return must be unworn with the tags attached.

SEASONAL RETURNS
Gifts purchased between Black Friday and December 24th may be returned for a store credit through January 3rd.
